OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:

Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments related to both Inventory and Job Specific materials. Verify the accuracy and quality of materials being received by verifying product to Victory Energy Purchase order. When the material is accepted, put it away in the correct warehouse location. Receive via data entry the product into NetSuite ERP system. Retrieve parts and issue to production on request and complete the inventory issue transactions in NetSuite ERP system. Unload materials using forklift as required. Prepare items for shipment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIDILITIES

Verify received product to VEO purchase order.

· Identify the product being received with a tag listing Purchase Order and Job Number or Inventory Item number.

· Apply the following information to the receiver / packing list: Actual count, job number, put away location, initials and date.

· Assist in pulling material on pick list to fill orders.

· Assist in production when requested.

· Assist in unloading materials when requested.

Prepare items for shipment when requested

OTHER .JOB DUTIES:

• Perform other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Follow written and oral instructions
• Warehouse experience
• Good communication skills
• Good basic math skills
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
